Regional awards nominations
- The EntreConf Awards recognise the top entrepreneurs in the South West. Mayden has been shortlisted under: ‘employer’, ‘health and wellbeing’ and ‘technology’ categories.
- We are a finalist under the innovation category for the South West Business of the Year Awards. These awards celebrate companies who are pushing boundaries within their industry and are innovating, disrupting and thriving.
National recognition of organisational excellence
- Our book, “Made Without Managers”, was highly commended at the Business Book of the Year Awards and came runner up for the ‘people, culture and management’ category. Made Without Managers is the story of our journey to creating a thriving self-managing and collaborative workplace. - As outlined in our company book, we’re committed to creating a workplace where people thrive. We’re honoured to be shortlisted for the ‘Organisational Excellence – Best Place to Work’ category at the UK IT Industry awards. This recognition alongside larger corporations underscores our innovative culture and our dedication to fostering a positive work environment. As one of the largest and most prestigious events in the UK tech calendar, the UK IT Industry Awards celebrate the pioneers and innovators who are reshaping our industry and digital world.
- Similarly, the Culture Pioneers Awards recognise those who are shaping workplace culture and the future of work. We are proud to be a shortlisted finalist under the ‘Culture Pioneer Brand Award’
- Mayden has solidified its position as a leading emerging tech company, earning a top 25 spot in the 2024 Megabuyte 100 awards.This is the second year in a row that we have been recognised as a Megabuyte Emerging Stars company.
- Our very own Fiona Dawson is shortlisted for IT Leader of the Year at the Women in Tech Excellence Awards. Celebrating female leadership in tech, these awards recognise the achievements of women who are breaking down barriers and making a significant impact. Fi is honoured to be shortlisted amongst female leaders from large and well known companies, and said:

Innovation on an international scale
- ZeroDX Award nomination: Mayden has been nominated as one of the world’s top 50 progressive organisations. This is based on excellence in innovation, customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Mayden continues to be part of the DBT’s Digital Health Playbook, which provides a platform to showcase UK based innovators to global audiences. The hope is that British innovations can help solve the most pressing healthcare challenges across the world. We are proud to be recognised as one of the UK’s leading health tech companies on such a prestigious platform.
