iaptus – the flexible solution for community and mental health
An EPR is an important investment for an NHS trust. Whilst a trust wide system can support the vast majority of clinical services, specialist services often struggle without workflows and features that are designed to support their particular type of delivery.
We’ve created a flexible and customisable system that allows organisations to enjoy the benefits of a trust-wide EPR, whilst also supporting services that require something more tailored.
Clinicians love that iaptus manages patients through their specific care pathway and captures and reports all the information relevant to their service. Meanwhile, integration with Rio and shared care records ensures a coordinated experience for clinicians and patients.
Due to the service specific workflows and time saving features, adopting iaptus for a specialist service such as talking therapies or neurodiversity, can deliver a return on investment in as little as 11 weeks from implementation.
For 25 years, Mayden has been creating digital technology to improve outcomes for services and their patients.
Mayden builds systems tailored to the specific needs of a clinical service. We work in partnership with our customers to prioritise developments, and that results in a system that users love, that speeds up access and improves the patient experience whilst also reducing costs.
65% of trusts already benefit from iaptus as their best of breed system for delivery of their Adult Talking Therapies. As a proven and trusted best of breed there is huge value in extending the use of iaptus to cover other services such as Children and Young People’s Mental Health (CYPMH) and Neurodiversity services.
We already work with:
*Talk to us about Theseus, the case management system for behavioural health and addictions.
We work with over 100 NHS customers and every instance of our software is designed and configured specifically for that service. The combination of an in-built workflow of their particular care pathway, highly relevant features and a collaborative user-centred approach to development are just a few of the reasons iaptus was ranked in the 100th percentile for usability in the NHSE usability survey in 2022.
Our modular and customisable technology gives services an end-to-end clinical software solution that supports them from referral through to discharge – including all data requirements, features and workflows unique to their service.
We work hard to ensure that iaptus operates alongside other clinical systems to give services the best-of-breed system they deserve, whilst ensuring continuity of care for patients across services.
There are few developments that system suppliers can make to their products that have as big an impact as ensuring systems can work together.
Integration between systems ensures that clinicians have access to all information of relevance, whilst also giving specialist services the freedom to work on a system specifically designed for them.
We prioritise partnership, working with our customers, academics and other suppliers because we believe that the best outcomes are achieved when we work together.
Our team works closely with you to identify how our best of breed systems can support your service’s work.
