CQuINs is launched
Cancer Quality Improvement Network System was commissioned by the National Cancer Action Team as an on-line tool to monitor and assess the quality of cancer care across the country. Using the national manual of cancer standards as a benchmark, it holds all the internal and external metrics, contains a library containing thousands of documents, and produces final reports for each cancer network in high quality PDF format.

First version of IAPTus launched
The first version of IAPTus was launched in Newham Psychological Therapies as part of a national pilot for the new Improving Access to Psychological Therapies programme.
IAPTus launches with its first client
Dorset Healthcare NHS Trust became our first IAPTus client, and we go on to develop our patient management system in conjunction with their support and feedback.
CRiSCRoS launches in South West England
NHS South West roll out CRiSCRoS to all PCTs to monitor compliance against ten service improvement programmes including the National Cancer Improvement Plan and the newly released End of Life Care standards.

A major version upgrade with new interface, internal and external validation of assessments and expanded topics including PCT commissioning of cancer services.

Contracted to analyse the impact of the cancer awareness campaign
Crunching data on millions of GP appointment records, we are able to assess the impact of advertising campaigns on general cancer awareness and GP practice attendances.
Mayden acquires MyAction contract from Imperial College
Following a European-wide study into cardiac disease prevention, MyAction is the first service of its kind to be set up in the UK. It is a community based integrated service, targeted at people (and their families) who are either coronary patients or people at high risk of heart disease. The patient management system is managed and hosted by Mayden. It is used daily by the MyAction clinicians and holds and reports on the data from all the MyAction services around the UK and Ireland.
London QARC is the first Orbit client.
The London Quality Assurance Reference Centre, based at Barts and the London, began using Orbit to manage the cancer screening programme across London.

www.mycancertreatment.nhs.uk is a website which allows patients to find and compare NHS cancer services across England. This means that information on how services are performing is readily available to patients and the general public.
First client WordPress site goes live

Mayden wins its 100th client
Almost every NHS Trust in England – from Cornwall to Northumberland – accesses one or more of our cloud-based platforms, whether supporting cancer services, psychological therapies or end of life care.
Big investment in client support team
We make a further investment in the support team so that each Mayden customer has a dedicated account manager who is on hand to help. Our Service Level Agreement says that we will respond to all support log requests within 2 working days, and we are always just a phone call away to make sure that queries are dealt with swiftly and professionally.
IAPTus welcomes its first AQP client

Mayden wins PHE contract to analyse BCOC data
For the third year running, following similar contracts with NHS IQ and CRUK, Mayden is appointed by Public Health England to analyse the impact on GP attendances of the Be Clear on Cancer TV campaigns. This year the analysis will be provided using Tableau dashboards.
