Technical Customer Support

Salary: £18 to £24 DOE
Location: Bath and surrounding area
Job Information:

We are seeking a tech savvy customer support advisor / customer support administrator to join the account management team based in the vibrant city of Bath.

Building advanced web applications for the healthcare industry, the company is driven by a mission to improve the way that healthcare is delivered by staff and experienced by patients, with a focus on NHS mental health services.

Responsibilities will include…

  • providing exceptional customer service
  • building relationships with our customers, working closely with them to help them get the most from our products
  • providing guidance and training to our customers via a range of communications channels, including onsite visits throughout England

Skills and experience
You will be a client focussed Customer Support Administrator / Customer Support Advisor or similar.

You will have:

  • good literacy and numeracy skills
  • your own transport and a clean driving licence
  • strong IT and problem solving skills

Must be eligible to work in the UK.
